ABSTRACT:
"This time it will surely work." This seminar looks at WebGL, what it is, what it can do and how it compares to previous attempts at making the World Wide Web three dimensional.
This seminar is for anyone interested in cutting edge web development or the history of computing technology.
BIO:
Hugh Fisher is a research programmer in the College of Engineering and Computer Science. He has been programming 3D graphics since the days of purple SGI boxes and owns a copy of every book by William Gibson.
