CECS Educational Development promotes research based teaching to deliver effective learning. We aim to assist in the development of courses and programs that employ new methods to meet the changing needs of students.

Education Technology Studio

The EDG has developed an Education Technology Studio. The Studio is open to all CECS staff who would like to work on their Wattle (Moodle-based learning management) site, experiment with educational technology such as video conferencing, or would just like a technology enabled workspace for course/program development purposes.

Staff can book a time slot to ensure there is a workstation available by email to ed_dev@cecs.anu.edu.au.

  • Mental Health First Aid March - September - Work Environment Group (WEG)Training room, ANU - The ANU Staff Wellbeing Program is providing a number of training courses in 2015 aimed at improving our understanding of and responses to mental health in the ANU community. Receive a certification as a mental health first aider. The course covers helping adults in mental health crisis situations and/or in the early stages of mental health problems.
